About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced, full-time Housecall Community Liaison for the Brooklyn and Queens, New York region. The liaison interacts with the community and promotes company services, including House Calls primary care. The role includes assessing service-area and market potential, developing and implementing a marketing plan, building referral relationships with healthcare and residential-care organizations, and providing community outreach and education. The liaison may also attend IDG meetings and assist office staff as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Promote company services, including House Calls primary care, through community interactions.
• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other potential referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's product line.
• Analyze patient and company relationships.
• Develop sales and marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan that identifies priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan within the established timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and the marketing plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed, including going to updates.
• Provide community outreach and education.
