About The Position

Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU care to chronic, critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. The House Supervisor (RN) provides compassionate patient care and leadership during the night shift at the Wilmington, Delaware location inside ChristianaCare Wilmington. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $106,000 to $130,500 based on years of experience, and the position includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.

Nice To Haves

Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience.
Prior clinical management experience.
BSN.
