About The Position

Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse House Supervisor for its Wilmington, Delaware location inside ChristianaCare Wilmington. The hospital provides inpatient post-ICU care to chronically and critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. In this role, the House Supervisor provides clinical leadership and support during the assigned shift, helps maintain a healthy work atmosphere, ensures policies and procedures are followed, and works with staff and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient and facility needs. The position is full-time on the night shift, with 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $106,000 to $130,500, based on years of experience, and the role includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS certification required at hire.
ACLS certification required at hire.

Nice To Haves

Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience preferred.
Prior clinical management experience preferred.
BSN preferred.
