About The Position

Regency Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU care to chronically and critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. The House Supervisor (RN) provides leadership and compassionate clinical support to patients, families, and staff during assigned shifts. The role is based in Oregon, Ohio, and may require picking up shifts at both the Sylvania and Oregon locations as needed. The schedule is full-time nights, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., in 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $94,000 to $117,000, based on years of experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

Requirements

• Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required at hire.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience.
• Prior clinical management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during the assigned shift.

• Monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff, patients, and families.
• Work cooperatively with the ancillary interdisciplinary team to identify and address patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations.
