About The Position

As a House Person, you will maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for guests and staff. The role includes cleaning and maintenance tasks and supporting the overall operations of the establishment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate to heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, to established cleanliness standards.
• Set up and tear down meeting rooms, event spaces, or guest areas as needed, including moving furniture and equipment.
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to appropriate disposal areas.
• Perform light maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and tightening loose fixtures, and report larger maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for assistance or additional amenities.
• Transport linens, supplies, and equipment throughout the property as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations.
