About The Position
The House Person supports the housekeeping team by maintaining public areas, delivering supplies, assisting room attendants, and ensuring a safe and clean environment throughout the hotel. This role is for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and take pride in supporting a clean and welcoming environment, enjoy staying active, helping their team, and keeping hotel spaces organized and guest ready. It involves hands-on work and being an essential part of daily operations.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Friendly, helpful, and team oriented attitude
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Able to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hallways, elevators, lobbies, and public areas
- Remove trash and replace liners throughout the hotel
- Deliver linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to room attendants
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and room refresh tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, closets, and storage spaces
- Respond to guest requests when needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
- Support housekeeping leadership with special projects and daily operations
