House Manager
About The Position
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a House Manager to join their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This full-time position in Nursing Administration is located in Deckerville, MI. The House Manager (RN) serves as the on-site clinical and operational leader for the hospital, acting as a lead resource for the entire facility while providing oversight and coordination of patient care services across the Emergency Department (ED), Medical Surgical Unit including swing beds, and Operating Room (OR). This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery while supporting staff, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining hospital operations during assigned shifts. In a Critical Access Hospital setting, the House Manager is a working leader who may provide direct patient care as needed.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- BLS and ACLS required
- PALS required within 6 months
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of Acute Care nursing experience
Nice To Haves
- PALS preferred
- Experience in Emergency Department and or Medical Surgical nursing preferred
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
