House Manager with Meal Prep Support

Sage HausVerona, WI
$30 - $35Onsite

About The Position

This is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday. The ideal schedule includes consistent afternoon availability, with the ability to support the family during the after-school transition hours. Typical hours are Monday–Friday afternoons, with core availability approximately 2:30 PM–5:00 PM daily. There is additional flexibility around start/end times depending on the day and family needs. Occasional additional hours may be available during higher-demand periods such as family travel preparation, hosting, or special projects. The role requires someone who can thoughtfully prioritize and adjust based on the needs of the family, focusing on areas that create the greatest impact. The highest priorities are daily rhythms that keep the household running smoothly: supporting the children and maintaining a calm, consistent after-school routine, preparing weekday meals and keeping the kitchen organized, and completing daily household resets, tidying, and maintaining functional shared spaces. As time allows, the role will also support ongoing household management needs, including organization and maintenance projects, household systems and restocking, vehicle organization and upkeep, and pet care support. Additional projects and special requests may arise throughout the year, including larger organization projects, seasonal refreshes, laundry and linen support, household inventory and errands, and vendor research and coordination. The ideal person will enjoy identifying what needs attention, communicating priorities with the family, and helping create a home that feels organized, prepared, and well-supported.
