About The Position

We are a warm, energetic family of five with three school-age daughters, two busy working parents, and two very lovable golden retrievers. Our home is full of activity, laughter, sports practices, school events, arts and crafts projects, and the everyday adventures that come with raising three wonderful girls. While life is busy, we value creating a home that feels calm, connected, and welcoming. We are intentional parents who care deeply about raising kind, capable, grounded children. Education, healthy meals, family connection, and showing up for one another matter to us. We love spending time together, staying active, and creating routines that help everyone thrive. Our daughters are curious, fun, and engaged, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around children—whether that's helping with homework, building LEGO creations, working on a puzzle, getting outside, or simply being a positive and steady presence in their day. Our ideal household runs on teamwork rather than chaos. We have professional cleaners and outsource larger home maintenance tasks, so this role is less about deep cleaning and more about providing the thoughtful day-to-day support that keeps everything moving smoothly. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a family. Most importantly, we hope to find someone who will feel truly valued here—someone who becomes a trusted partner in our home and an important part of our family's story.
