Part-time House Manager & Family Assistant

Sage HausLake Elmo, MN
Onsite

About The Position

We are a calm, structured, and intentional family based in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. Both parents work in demanding but primarily business-hour roles, and prefer to protect evenings as family time. Our home is full of life with three children (ages 6, 3, and 1) and a fourth baby on the way. While there is always activity, we thrive in a space that feels organized, tidy, and intentionally maintained, where everything has a place and daily life feels grounded and predictable. We also have a sweet, low-maintenance senior Labrador who is happiest simply being near her people. We are looking for someone who can truly own the flow of the household during the day, someone who naturally steps into a home, understands what needs to happen, and brings order, momentum, and care without needing constant direction. This is a role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and intuitive, and who takes pride in maintaining strong systems, consistent upkeep, and thoughtful attention to detail. We want to come home to a space that already feels reset, with meals underway or handled, surfaces clear, laundry moving, and the mental load of unfinished tasks already lifted, so we can be fully present with our children and enjoy unhurried time together in the evenings.
