House Manager & Family Assistant (with Meal Prep Support)

Sage HausDenver, CO
$35 - $40Onsite

About The Position

We are a busy, down-to-earth family of four with two young children (ages five and two-and-a-half), two large dogs, and one senior cat. Both parents work in demanding professional careers, and our home is supported by a full-time nanny and a weekly house cleaner. Our days are full, our energy is high, and there's always something going on! As our family's needs continue to evolve, we're looking for an experienced House Manager who can become a trusted, long-term partner and truly feel like part of our family. Our goal is to create a home that feels calm, organized, and well cared for, even during the busiest seasons of work, travel, and family life. We love spending time together, hosting friends and family, and making holidays and everyday moments special. We're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, communicates openly, and takes pride in creating systems that keep a busy household running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, personable, and thrives in a collaborative environment. We hope to find someone who notices what needs attention before being asked, enjoys taking ownership of their role, and wants to become a trusted, valued part of our family's day-to-day life for years to come. You are an experienced House Manager who naturally thinks several steps ahead. You're the type of person who notices when household supplies are running low, remembers seasonal maintenance before it becomes urgent, and enjoys creating organizational systems that make everyday life easier. Rather than waiting for direction, you confidently take ownership of your responsibilities while communicating clearly and collaborating well with the family. You welcome feedback and enjoy becoming an integral part of a household's rhythm. Preparing fresh, wholesome meals is one of your favorite ways to care for a home. You genuinely enjoy meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking healthy, family-friendly meals that support a family's lifestyle. You take pride in your preparation of meals and are open to cooking the family’s favorites and taking feedback. Whether you're preparing meals for the week, keeping the pantry well stocked, or ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently, you bring exceptional attention to detail and enjoy creating a home that feels cared for. You also enjoy organizing spaces, managing household logistics, and keeping a home functioning at a high level. Whether you're refreshing a pantry, coordinating a contractor, or tackling a household project, you take pride in leaving every space better than you found it. You're comfortable around children and pets, happy to provide occasional backup childcare when needed, and enjoy building warm relationships with the family's two friendly dogs. Above all, you're proactive, dependable, highly organized, and excited by the opportunity to become a trusted, long-term partner in supporting a busy family home.
