House Manager and Family Assistant

Sage HausSan Francisco, CA
Hybrid

About The Position

We are a warm, active, and light-hearted household based primarily in San Francisco, with a secondary property in Napa. Life in our home is full in the best way — packed calendars, outdoor adventures, weekend outings, and a love for good food and great company. We are not a heavy or rigid household; we lead with laughter and a genuine love for what we do. We are parents who are hands-on and intentional, approaching family life with a balanced, mindful philosophy. We believe in gentle boundaries, playfulness, and connection. Our home is organized and we care deeply about how things are done, and we are looking for someone who shares that same attention and pride in their work. We travel frequently and entertain regularly, especially at our Napa property during the warmer months. With two young children transitioning into full-time school this fall, and a mom in the process of launching a new business venture, we are at a pivotal and exciting moment and we need the right person by our side to help carry the load with us.
