About The Position

The House Manager Aide is responsible for contributing to and implementing specified care and continuous active treatment. The primary responsibility is supervision of the residents and guiding the residents in structured activities and the promotion of their individualized development as well as encouraging the residents to function as independently as possible. Supervision is provided by the House Manager. Staff will be requested to follow a designated shift routine as outlined by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred
• Related experience is helpful.
• Valid driver’s License is required

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and implement specified care and continuous active treatment.
• Supervise residents.
• Guide residents in structured activities.
• Promote residents' individualized development.
• Encourage residents to function as independently as possible.
• Follow a designated shift routine as outlined by the Supervisor.
