The position involves providing counseling services, crisis intervention, and case management to at-risk youth and young adults, including those experiencing homelessness. The role requires establishing rapport, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and coordinating referrals to various community services. Additionally, the Clinician will develop and monitor individual treatment plans, facilitate support groups, and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce. The position also involves community outreach, assisting with service coordination, reporting suspected abuse or neglect, and participating in program events and staff meetings. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional and ethical standards is crucial.
