The Clinician is responsible for using sound professional clinical judgment and best practices to ensure quality services are provided to the service population, especially in traumatic situations, while maintaining compliance with established state, federal, and Texas Behavioral Health Executive Board standards. This role involves providing direct clinical services to at-risk youth or young adults, offering comprehensive supportive services such as childcare assistance referrals, counseling, and case management within a non-emergency, free, private housing program. The position also requires crisis intervention, trauma-informed case management, and the development and monitoring of individualized treatment plans. The Clinician will facilitate group sessions, conduct outreach, and collaborate with community partners to promote safety, stabilization, and continuity of care for program participants.
