About The Position

Green Cleaning DFW is hiring a full-time, year-round House Cleaning Specialist to clean homes throughout Rockwall County and surrounding areas. The role involves active, hands-on residential cleaning using the company's step-by-step system and eco-friendly, non-toxic products. Team members visit the Rockwall office once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks. The company provides paid training and develops employees for potential leadership opportunities, including Trainer, Deep Clean Specialist, Mentor, Content Creator, and Pod Leader.

Requirements

A valid driver's license.
Auto insurance.
A reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly throughout the day.
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming.
Ability to climb stairs in residential homes.
Ownership, reliability, consistency, attention to detail, and care for clients and their homes.

Responsibilities

Clean clients' homes to a high standard using the company's step-by-step cleaning system.
Take ownership of work and complete tasks without waiting to be asked.
Notice details and ensure homes are properly cleaned before leaving.
Care for clients and their homes while delivering reliable service.
Attend weekly team meetings, training, and supply restocks at the Rockwall office.
