About The Position

At Green Cleaning DFW, we are looking for a House Cleaner who takes ownership of their work, gets it right, and genuinely cares about the families counting on them. We have been voted the area's best cleaning company every year since 2016. We are selective about who joins our team and are looking for individuals who hold themselves to a high standard and perform their work with genuine heart. This role is physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting up to 30 lbs, performing repetitive motions, and climbing stairs. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active and takes pride in hands-on work. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule, typically 8 am-5 pm, with full-time, year-round stability. Performance-based weekly pay ranges from $800-$1,200, including tips, with mileage reimbursement and paid training. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products. Growth opportunities are available, including roles like Trainer, Deep Clean Specialist, Mentor, Content Creator, and Pod Leader. We are particularly interested in individuals with the potential to become trainers. Requirements

• Takes ownership and handles tasks without being asked.

• Is consistent and reliable.

• Has a sharp eye for detail.
• Possesses a valid driver's license.
• Has auto insurance.
• Has a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay on feet for most of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming.
• Ability to climb stairs in residential homes.
