About The Position
Happy Maids is a family-owned cleaning company with over 40 years of trusted service in Barrington. We are seeking dependable and friendly individuals to join our team and help keep our clients’ homes sparkling clean. The role involves working in homes around Schaumburg, Barrington, Algonquin, and nearby suburbs.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift, bend, reach, and be on your feet during shifts
- Works well independently and with a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Perform deep cleaning when requested
- Make each home shine with care and attention to detail
- Use company-provided supplies & follow safety protocols
- Be polite and professional with clients
- Report damages or issues to management
