About The Position

The House Attendant helps maintain a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for hotel guests. The role focuses on cleaning and polishing public spaces, assisting guests with friendly and helpful service, and supporting meeting and event setups. It also supports the housekeeping team by keeping equipment and facilities clean, securing sensitive areas, handling lost-and-found items, and following safe work practices. The position requires attention to detail, physical capability, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform in stressful or high-pressure situations. The hotel offers a workplace near major Wisconsin attractions, with an on-site restaurant, 21 meeting venues, guest rooms with mini-refrigerators, and indoor and outdoor pools. Team members help serve business travelers, event guests, and families.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license for the applicable state required.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) if driving is property specific.
Ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations.
Detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to providing exceptional service with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a hotel or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Keep equipment, facilities, and other areas clean.
Clean and tidy lobbies, hallways, and restrooms; keep carpets, furniture, and fixtures guest-ready.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
Assist with meeting and event setups, including chairs, tables, and technology.
Keep sensitive areas secure and handle lost-and-found items appropriately.
Follow safe work habits.
