About The Position
The Hourly Technician repairs vehicles safely, efficiently, and ethically, with customer satisfaction as the first priority. The role requires maintaining applicable ASE and/or manufacturer certifications, staying current with manufacturer technical information, and following relevant safety and OSHA regulations. Technicians diagnose customer concerns, complete authorized repairs according to manufacturer and company policies, document work, and meet production metrics established by management. Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Effective oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work well with customers, promote a positive company image, and strive to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.

- Commitment to advocating for teammates and to technology advancement.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-service-oriented environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications and stay up to date with manufacturer technical data and service bulletins.
- Comply with all safety and OSHA regulations applicable to the job.
- Read and understand customer complaints, diagnose issues, and advise on findings.
- Complete authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policies.
- Return warranty parts to the parts department and road-test vehicles as needed to verify repairs.
- Document repairs using internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as required by department procedures.
- Meet production-based metrics prescribed by management.
