About The Position

Audi Minneapolis is hiring a Journeyman Automotive Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles. This is a performance-driven role paid at a flat rate with production bonus incentives. The listed range is $22–$28 depending on experience, with total compensation not to exceed $70,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, with final compensation established during the interview process. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off and no Sundays. The role requires a high school graduate or equivalent and applicants must be at least 18 years old. Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
At least three current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech).
Ability to perform unsupervised repairs in maintenance services, engine repair, suspension and steering, brakes, electrical systems, and heating and air conditioning.
Personal toolset appropriate for the role.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

Audi factory certification, or willingness to obtain it.
Drivability diagnosis experience.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
Conduct road tests to verify the quality of work.
Follow safety and quality standards.
Document work performed and time spent in repair systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications.
Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
