About The Position

The Express Technician performs high-volume vehicle maintenance to help keep guests safe and vehicles running smoothly and reliably. Duties include routine service, vehicle inspections, communicating findings to Service Advisors, maintaining safe equipment and work practices, and supporting the shop team. The position offers hands-on learning alongside manufacturer-trained technicians, ongoing training and certification access, and potential advancement into more advanced technician roles, including a path toward Master Technician.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, balancing and repairs, fuel filter replacements, and wiper blade replacements.
• Inspect vehicles for additional issues and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.
• Inspect lifts, compressors, and tools regularly, and report or tag out equipment that is not in safe working order.
• Comply with safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials and following Safety Data Sheet guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, assist senior technicians, and move vehicles around the shop as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
