About The Position

This part-time position considers applicants for general labor openings on the 3rd (night) shift, including Class 1 positions in pack-out departments. The start rate is $16.75 per hour, plus a $2-per-hour shift premium. The shift starts at 6:15 p.m. Employees must work at least 10 and no more than 30 hours per week, including the first day of the week (Sunday) and the last day of the week (Wednesday). Applicants who meet the minimum requirements may be contacted to visit the facility. Current Tyson Foods team members seeking to transfer from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. The position involves physical work in conditions that may range from cold and damp to hot and humid, with slippery surfaces. Some roles require lifting 40 to 70 pounds.
