Controls traffic for guests on Northern Quest Resort and Casino property. Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and Northern Quest Resort and Casino Policies and Procedures. Maintains four star/four diamond service standards and adheres to all Hotel and Casino Policies. Helps move traffic on Northern Quest Resort and Casino property as directed by the Guest Service Manager, following staging guidelines to move traffic to areas of available parking. Assists guests in parking and gives directions as needed. Calls for shuttle as needed to transport guests to the casino or hotel entrances. Operates a radio or similar device to communicate with supervisors and fellow team members. Fulfills any reasonable work requested by a Manager or Supervisor. Will at times be required to assist the Valet, Transportation and Guest services department as needed. Uses proper interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and employees. Ensures guest confidentiality standards are followed. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record. Ensures control/protection of company assets.
