Responsibilities

Patrol hotel lobbies, guest floors, exterior areas, and the parking garage.
Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.
Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns.
Respond to security incidents and service calls.
Assist the front desk with guest and service requests when needed.
Provide professional customer service to guests, employees, and visitors.
Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences.
Follow site Post Orders and company procedures.
Communicate security concerns to hotel management and United Protective Services.
Maintain a safe and professional environment for guests and employees.
