About The Position

Join the sales team at Hotel Indigo Nashville – The Countrypolitan, a boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. We are seeking a detail-oriented, hospitality-driven professional who is looking to grow a long-term career in hotel sales. This role serves as a critical support function for the Sales & Events team—ensuring seamless execution of group bookings, accurate system management, and exceptional client communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel Front Desk or Reservations experience
  • At least 1 year in a Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS required
  • Experience with group creation, rooming lists, and billing within IHG systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Delphi experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage group bookings within Opera PMS, including rooming lists, pickup tracking, and inventory adjustments
  • Assist with billing processes, folio review, and client voucher reconciliation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for group pickup reporting and internal distribution of resumes and BEO packets
  • Support Sales Managers with administrative coordination and client follow-up
  • Maintain accuracy across systems and ensure all group data is aligned with brand and operational standards
  • Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure successful group execution
