Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

  • Experience with group reservations, room blocks, and guest relations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and other operational departments.
  • Ensure outstanding guest service and timely resolution of guest concerns.
  • Lead, coach, and support department supervisors and team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Department to identify, communicate, and follow up on property needs and guest-impacting issues.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Coordinate and manage group bookings, rooming lists, group arrivals, and event-related accommodations.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Group Clients to ensure successful execution of group business.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, billing follow-up, and collection efforts.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable functions, invoice processing, coding, and vendor communication.
  • Review daily reports, occupancy forecasts, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Monitor labor costs and departmental productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
  • Participate in manager-on-duty coverage as required.
