About The Position

The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring brand and Atrium standards are met. This role involves leading and supporting the team through coaching and development, maintaining hotel cleanliness and readiness, coordinating maintenance, and responding to issues. The manager will also monitor department budgets, control costs, support revenue generation, and create memorable guest experiences through proactive service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hospitality leadership – You’ve managed people and property.
  • Housekeeping or front desk experience – Understanding both sides of the rooms operation.
  • Strong people leadership skills – Coaching, conflict resolution, and motivation are all in your toolkit.
  • Solid computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, team chats, and reports won’t slow you down.
  • Flexible schedule – Nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring standards (brand and Atrium!) are followed.
  • Lead and support the team—coaching, developing, and stepping in when needed to keep service top-notch.
  • Keep the hotel spotless and guest-ready by coordinating cleanliness, maintenance, and timely responses to issues.
  • Monitor department budgets, control labor and supply costs, and support revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Create memorable guest experiences with proactive service and genuine connection.
