About The Position

The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring brand and Atrium standards are met. The goal is to create memorable guest experiences through proactive service and genuine connection, encouraging repeat business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hospitality leadership experience, including managing people and property.
  • Housekeeping or front desk experience.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, conflict resolution, and motivation.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, team chats, and reports.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring standards are followed.
  • Lead and support the team through coaching, development, and stepping in when needed.
  • Coordinate cleanliness, maintenance, and timely responses to issues to keep the hotel spotless and guest-ready.
  • Monitor department budgets, control labor and supply costs, and support revenue-generating initiatives.
