Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or operations.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Work hand in hand with our GM to manage day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
