About The Position

At Aria, the Hotel Operations Manager helps lead the team delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Working with hotel leadership, the manager guides and supports the Front Desk team and drives operational excellence in a luxury Las Vegas Strip destination. The role includes leading daily operations, coaching employees, enhancing service standards, and achieving operational goals to create a welcoming, seamless environment for guests.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of prior relevant experience directing and managing employees in a similar hotel environment.
• Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement.
• Knowledge of AAA or Forbes standards.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement strategic hotel operations initiatives provided by the Hotel Strategy CoE.
• Assist in leading front desk operations by implementing policies, procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules, and regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience in front desk operations in alignment with company service standards.
• Support employee engagement through coaching, training, recognition, and development.
• Participate in interviewing, candidate selection, training, supervision, coaching, and counseling of front desk operations staff to support efficient department operations.
