About The Position

The Hotel Operations Analyst supports the Director of Hotel Operations through comprehensive analysis, reporting, and project coordination across Hotel Operations. The role evaluates financial, operational, productivity, service, and guest-experience data; supports hotel yield and revenue optimization; identifies trends, risks, and opportunities; and provides clear information and recommendations to support effective decision-making.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of relevant experience in hotel operations, revenue management, business analysis, data analysis, project support, or a related field.
• Must be able to obtain a MS Gaming Permit.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a large hotel, casino resort, or similarly complex hospitality operation.
