About The Position

CUSA, LLC, a successful hotel management company, is seeking a Maintenance Team Member for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Dublin GA. This role is responsible for maintaining the building and its facilities, including guest rooms, lobby, public spaces, restaurant, meeting spaces, hallways, outdoor pool, and the exterior of the building, to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees. The position also involves maintaining efficient operations through preventative maintenance, room care, and necessary repairs on various hotel systems and equipment such as HVAC, thermostats, televisions, bathroom fixtures, and furniture. Job duties are to be performed in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and the Marriott Preventive Maintenance Program. A background check will be conducted on all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and facilities including all guest rooms, lobby, public space, restaurant, meeting space, hallways, outdoor pool, exterior building to ensure safety and comfort of guests and employees.
• Maintain buildings and facilities to ensure efficient operation.
• Provide preventative maintenance, room care and necessary repairs on all aspects of the hotel and storage facilities including hvac, thermostats, televisions, bathroom fixtures, furniture, etc.
• Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures and the Marriott Preventive Maintenance Program.
