As Maintenance Technician you will be a valuable asset to our skilled TEAM performing a variety of tasks, including general repairs, HVAC maintenance, and conduct daily preventive maintenance of guest rooms. Requirements

• Familiar with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall PTAC units and electrical systems
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is also a plus
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Must be able to lift and move objects 50 lbs up to 100 lbs
• Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays
• Work independently
• Strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Prior maintenance experience in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career.

Responsibilities

• Performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
• Troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs
• Performing routine maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
• Assisting with housekeeping duties as needed
• Maintaining the building exterior
• Responding to work orders and service calls to guest rooms in a timely manner
