Hotel Maintenance Worker
About The Position
CUSA, LLC, a successful hotel management company, is seeking a Maintenance Worker for the Spring Hill Lithia Springs. This role requires the ability to work independently, diagnose and repair various requests, and perform quarterly preventative maintenance in guest rooms, major mechanical systems, and other equipment. The position also involves general upkeep of the building's exterior, administration of the hotel's risk management program, and monitoring outside contractors. Ensuring guest security and safety is paramount, and the Maintenance Worker plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
