About The Position
The Hampton Inn by Hilton-Coventry/Warwick area is seeking a houseperson to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms. The houseperson will also clean rugs and carpets, maintain storage closets with necessary supplies, assist in stocking room attendants' carts, and perform various housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned by a supervisor. Buffalo Lodging Associates, the management company, was founded in 1996 and manages 50 hotels in partnership with major brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Choice Hotels. Requirements
- Hotel housekeeping experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Great customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms) of the hotel.
- Cleans rugs, carpets.
- Maintains storage closets with linens, towels, cleaning supplies.
- Assists in stocking the room attendants’ carts with supplies.
- Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
