About The Position

The Hotel Housekeeper performs daily housekeeping assignments to maintain quality and cleanliness in a timely manner, working independently or as part of a team to create a positive impression of the hotel. The role requires a self-motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented person with good attendance and communication skills. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to lift at least 50 pounds. Previous commercial housekeeping experience is preferred, but the resort will train the right candidate.

This is a part-time, year-round position at one location. The typical schedule is Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

• Good communication skills.
• Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to guests while completing daily duties.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of rooms in the assigned work area.
• Report evidence of smoking in resort accommodations or pets in non-pet-friendly areas.
• Be responsible for the keycard and maintain accurate logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
