Additionally, the role requires operating franchise terminals, maintaining credit control procedures, ensuring guest safety and privacy, issuing safety deposit boxes, monitoring key boxes, handling guest complaints according to brand and company protocol, coordinating emergency procedures, assisting other departments during slow periods, and embodying the 'Baywood Ambassador' behavior which includes maintaining a professional image, warmly greeting guests and coworkers, actively listening, fostering teamwork, monitoring surroundings for issues, contributing to a safe work environment, recommending other Baywood properties, and consistently demonstrating the 'It's My Pleasure' service philosophy.
