About The Position

At Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf (formally Cambria Hotel), located in the growing TBK Sports Complex right off of I-80, no two days are ever the same. From championship weekends to team celebrations, you'll be right in the center of it all! This position is full-time with flex hours between 1st shift (7am to 3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm), including weekends. If you're ready to be part of the excitement and make a difference in every guest's stay, we'd love to meet you! The role offers a lively, high energy atmosphere filled with teams, families and fans, opportunities to meet people from all over, and being the go-to person who creates a great first impression. The team is supportive and feels like family. The company is locally owned and operated by Frontier Hospitality Group, and currently has 8 properties and 5 brands within its portfolio.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• 22 year age requirement per our insurance guidelines
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Loves working with people
• Stays calm under pressure during busy game weekends
• Brings energy and enthusiasm to every shift

• Have customer service or hospitality experience

Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Taking guest reservations
• Performing check-ins and check-outs
• Answering questions about the hotel and area
• Handling and resolving guest complaints
• Performing shuttle runs when needed
