About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hotel Front Desk agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role involves managing guest arrivals and departures, handling inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with hotel management software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Address guest concerns or complaints in a courteous and timely manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
