About The Position

Hamton Inn & Suites Ark Encounter is looking for a Front Desk Clerk for all shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive guest experience by building relationships and responding to guest needs. The ideal candidate will understand and practice all policies and procedures established by Lexington Management and Brand Standards, while fostering a culture of open communication, productive working relationships, and strong guest focus.
