This role involves providing high-quality customer service, handling guest reservations, answering and transferring phone calls, and managing guest check-ins and check-outs, including addressing questions and complaints. Requirements

  • Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
