About The Position
Holiday Inn Express - Moline, IL (located next to the Quad City International Airport) is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. We operate eight hotels across five fantastic brands and our growth keeps climbing. Requirements
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.
- Other duties as required with the department.
