About The Position

S&L Hospitality is currently accepting resumes for Hotel Front Desk / Guest Service agents. Ideal candidates for this role will have prior customer service experience, the ability to provide exceptional service, the ability to work independently, and the ability to problem solve. This position has the potential to be scheduled between the hours of 6am and 11pm, availability for weekends and holidays is required. This current opening is seeking applicants that can work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, 3pm-11pm but happy to cross utilize them for additional shifts or other opportunities throughout the hotel.

Requirements

• Successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience.
• Understanding of how to use hotel's Property Management Software (PMS) systems.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
• Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
• Ability to work with little supervisor.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check as it relates to the job responsibilities for this position.

Responsibilities

• Represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
• Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
• Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using all communication avenues.
• Serve as point of contact to up to date information regarding the hotel, area attractions, and events.
• Process and collect payments, accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
• Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
