About The Position
The NEW Hampton Inn in East Peoria is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Agent who is flexible and available to work a variety of both 1st and 2nd shift (as business needs require.) If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a flexible schedule, we'd love to meet you!
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work both 1st and 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with friendly, professional service
- Check guests in and out
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Respond to guest questions and request
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experience
