About The Position

CUSA, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Night Audit Personnel member for Candlewood Suites Smyrna GA. The role provides front-desk guest service while helping ensure hotel guests have a safe and secure place to stay. The agent answers questions and makes recommendations about the hotel and local area. IHG brand training is provided. Duties are performed in accordance with hotel policies and procedures and IHG brand standards. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to work nights and weekends. Full-time and part-time availability will be considered.
