Hotel Front Desk Agent/Audit Personnel
About The Position
CUSA, LLC is hiring a third-shift Front Desk Agent/Audit Personnel member for the Candlewood Suites Smyrna GA. The role provides front desk guest-service functions and supports a safe and secure place for hotel guests to stay. The agent answers guest questions and makes recommendations about the hotel and local area. Duties are performed in accordance with hotel policies and procedures and IHG brand standards. IHG brand training is provided. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available nights and weekends. Full-time and part-time availability will be considered, and schedules may be adjusted around part-time employees’ availability.
