The Hotel Front Desk Agent will oversee front desk operations and step in as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates alike. This role involves handling guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, warmth, and charm. The agent will also support and train new front desk team members, resolve guest issues quickly and professionally, and help manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest-ready.
