About The Position

The Hotel Engineer maintains the hotel’s physical safety and functionality while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The role involves maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas; responding to guest service requests and team member work orders; performing repairs and preventive maintenance; and documenting work completed and issues that need further attention. Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform repairs and maintenance in areas including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment and address identified needs.
• Record completed inspections and repairs, and flag issues requiring further attention.
