About The Position
The Hotel Engineer performs repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property to help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members. The role involves maintaining guest rooms and public areas, responding promptly to guest maintenance requests, and supporting the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties. The employee follows safety and hotel maintenance standards and keeps tools, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
- General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
- Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.
